Items from previous orders will be saved into the ‘Parts Library’ on the left-hand side of the screen. These can be added to quotes for repeat ordering.
Create a new quote and it will take you to the screen displayed below. From here click ‘Add Existing’ → ‘Add part’.
This will bring up a menu of all previously uploaded parts.
To select the required part, adjust the quantity by either clicking the ‘0’ and typing the quantity or use the arrows to amend.
The parts will be pre-selected with material, grade and thickness from the previous order. These can be amended at a later stage.
Click ‘Add and continue’ or ‘Add parts and close’.
The parts will appear in your new quote and now can be edited if required before being processed as an order.
Parts that have been created in Shapemate are also available in the Parts Library.
