At the quoting stage, you should check all details to ensure that you are happy with your quote. Do make any amendments by returning to ‘Edit Quote’ if needed and ensure you have clicked calculate.
Select ‘Orders’ → ‘Create Order’.
Add your purchase number and any order notes in the field to ensure that the team are made aware of any additional requirements or comments.
Click ‘Submit Order’.
You will receive a pop up window once the order has been submitted to the team for review. Click ‘OK’.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order once the order has been reviewed internally and it is ready to be produced.
If the internal auditing department have any queries about your order, or any concerns related to your order, a team member will contact you directly for clarification or confirmation on the query.
Any changes required to be made on your order will result in the order being rejected and a new quote will need to be created.
The team will communicate this with you and will guide you through the changes on your new quote.
If you choose not to submit the order, then it will be saved for later access in the ‘View All Quotes’ menu.

You can look at your order on your dashboard and will be able to see that the status is ‘Ordered’. Once your order has been audited and produced, you will see that the order status may change to dispatched.
Despatched – The order has now been despatched and is with the courier for delivery on the next working day
Expired – The quotation was produced over 21 days ago and therefore needs revalidating
Invalid – The line items may have errors or discrepancies meaning the quotation isn’t valid
Valid – The quotation was created successfully and is within the 21 day live window
Ordered – The quotation has been ordered and is with the internal auditors for checking before production
