Know what you need? Let's start your quote.

Let's begin...

In order to import PDF files you will need to create a new quote, then click ‘Tools’ → ‘Import PDF’s’

Step two...

Click ‘Select PDF’s’ to choose your file and it will be imported into the program.Complete the remaining fields as appropriate to your file type.

Click anywhere on the drawing and a pop up will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. From here you can amend the file name, select the material, grade, thickness and quantity. The dimensions will also need to be added.

You will also need to select which parts of the drawing need to be cut or etched. Areas to be cut will be highlighted in red, click on the ‘scissor’ icon for this option.

For etching, click the ‘pencil’ icon, and this will be highlighted in green. It may be necessary to zoom in (at the top of the screen) for finer detail.

Once happy with the drawing, click ‘Save’. The pop up will close.

Click ‘Send to estimate’. The PDF viewer will close and your part will appear in the quotation.

Nearly there...

You can then continue with the quote to order.

All done!
