If a file has a scaling issue after it has been uploaded into Drawing Doctor, this will be highlighted at the bottom of the window and the scaling tab on the task bar.
Click ‘Scale the drawing by the specified factor’ and a drop down box will appear with the current scale factor.
Amend the scale factor within the drop down box to the factor shown on the bottom of the file imported and click ‘Apply’.
The drawing will now show as being successfully scaled.

Scaling errors:
Unfortunately, the file cannot be read as it is and requires amending externally. There may be contradicting dimensions or the incorrect scale factor shown. Please review and correct the file before re importing.
